Hargeysa (ANN) Guddoomiyaha Hay’adda shaqaalaha dawlada Muxumed Aw Cabdi, ayaa sheegay inay Wasaaradda Maaliyadda u gudbiyeen in ka baddan Sagaal kun oo qof si miisaaniyadda sannadeedka 2011, loogu daro oo ay u noqdaan Shaaale rasmi ah. Sidoo kale

Mr. Muxumed Aw Cabdi wuxuu sidaa ku sheegay mar ay maanta xafiiskiisa kula kulmeen weriyayaal ka socday shebekaddaha Somaliland.Org iyo Somalilandfuture. Wuxuuna   mar  la weydiiyay inuu fashil ku yimi imtixaankii ay wadeen ka dib  markii ay cabashooyin kasoo baxeen Imtixaankii ay shaqaalaha Wasaaradda Maaliyadda ka qaadeen dhowaan, waxa uu yidhi,  “Aad iyo aad ayaan u mahadsan tihiin inaad xafiiska iigu timaadeen oo aad I weydiiseen waxyaabihii aanu wadnay  wax fashilaad ah oo ku dhacay ma jiraan sidii aanu ugu tallo galay ayay u socdaan,wasaaraduhuna waxay noogu jiraan diiwaanka aanu imtixaanka kaga qaadayno waanay kala horeeyaan. Waxa kale oo in shaqaale loo soo qoro soo dalbaday Ha’yadaha cusub ee la abuuray ee ay ka mid yihiin Hay’addaha Maamul wanaaga, Komishanka Xuquuqul insaanka iyo Hay’adda ilaalinta tayada agabka.
Waxaana Wasaaraddaha noogu jira qorshaha imtixaan gelinta shaqaalaha ee aanu maanta ka shiraynay ka mid ah Wasaaraddaha Cadaaladda iyo Shaqada iyo Arrimaha Bulshada. Wasaaradda Qorshaynta iyada waanu gudbinay oo imtixaankii ayay galayaan.”

Guddoomiyaha Ha’yada shaqaalaha Somaliland wuxuu sheegay  inuu shalay Wasaaradda Maaliyadda u gudbiyay shaqaalaha cusub ee wasaaraddaha si rasmi ah uga hawlgelaya, kuwaas oo  aan mushaharka qaadan jirin markii hore, balse hada  si rasmi ah  miisaaniyad sanadeedka 2011-ka la qorsheeyay in lagu daro waxaanu, isagoo arrintaa ka hadlaya  yidhi,  “Hawsha aanu maalmahan gacanta ku haynay waxay ahayd shaqaalihii dawlada u shaqayn jiray ee aan hore mushaharka u qaadan jirin in miisaaniyad sanadeedka 2011-ka lagu daro,  waxaana shaqaalaha aan  u gudbiyay Salaasadii ka mid ahaa 1500 oo macalin  oo dugsiyada Hoose/Dhexe ah. waxa kale oo aan ku daray 453 qof oo adeega caafimaadka ah ayaa iyana ku jira. markaa shaqaalahaa waxa tiradoodu ka baddan tahay  9000 (sagaal kun) iyo dhawr boqol oo qof in mushaharka loo qoro oo miisaaniyada lagu darro.”

Guddoomiyuhu wuxuu mar kale ku celiyay inaan la eryi doonin mushaharkana laga jari doonin shaqaalaha dhaca imtixaanka wasaaradaha dalka, isagoo arrintaasi ka hadlayayna wuxuu yidhi “Imtixaanka ninkii dhacaa, mushaharkiisana wuu qaadanayaa waxna waa la barayaa.”
