Xeer-dejinta, Xukuumadda (Fulinta) iyo Garsoorka, waax kastaana u madaxbannaantahay hawlaheeda dastuuriga ah.

Qodobkaas dastuuriga ah wuxuu ku tusayaa kala madaxbannaanshaha waaxaha dawladda, balse waax kasta waxay ta kale la leeyahay shaqo (check and Balance), sababtoo ah way is dheeli tiraan si shaqada qaranku u socoto.

Golaha Barlamaanka wuxuu ku dhisan yahay xeer-hoosaad amma xeer (No. 012/01/06) la yidhaa Xeer-hoosaadka Golaha Wakiillada Jamhuuriyadda Somaliland, kaasoo uu shaqooyinkiisa u gaarka ah ku guto.
