Hargeisa(Araweelo News Network)The Government of Somaliland is delighted to extend an invitation to all Somaliland companies interested in attending
the upcoming UK-Somaliland Trade & Investment Forum that will be co-hosted by the UK Government on Tuesday 14th October 2014 in London.
Those businesses attending from the Republic of Somaliland will join a high-level mission led by President Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud ‘Silanyo’ and accompanied by several Ministers and officials.
The objective of the conference organised by Developing Markets Associates (DMA) in conjunction with Somaliland’s Missions in the UK, is to promote and facilitate business and investment opportunities between the two countries.
Several Somaliland companies from across a number of sectors will take part in the one-day event and we would like to encourage as many local, Diaspora and women-led businesses as possible to attend.
Whilst in London the delegation will network with UK and Somaliland government officials including senior Ministers, officials and as well as large investors from the UK, Europe and other parts of the World. This conference is the first, high profile, investment conference to be held to encourage investment in Somaliland.
